Unacceptable! This is the first and last time I have ordered anything from the store. The order was for decorations for my child's cake which never arrived because they were very late in shipping. I ended up having a child crying at his party because the decorations he had chosen were missing. (While I had noted the desired delivery date on the order form, they sent it 1 day before and it never arrived until the day of the party)

Έκανα παραγγελία μέσω ίντερνετ ένα παιδικό παιχνίδι. Τρεις μέρες μετά ήρθε ένα μαιλ επιβεβαίωσης της παραγγελίας. Πήρα τηλέφωνο να μάθω αν είναι διαθέσιμο το αντικείμενο και είπαν να αφήσω το τηλέφωνό μου να με καλέσουν σε 10’ να μου πουν. Δεν πήραν ποτέ πίσω. Μετά από δυο μέρες κάλεσε και η σύζυγος. Τα ίδια. Της είπαν θα την καλέσουν. Ακόμη περιμένουμε…

We have given 2 opportunities to this store..
The first was the wedding balloons, the d from the bride effortlessly popped while nobody touched it…before we could even decorate them…. Ugly!
The second experience now..
I called to ask about a themed set for a children's party (tablecloth, glasses, plates, invitations, masks, forks, spoons etc). exactly like in the photo.. with the specific hero.. because I couldn't find it anywhere else.. he tells me of course! As you see it is, what would be different??? I say ok, I'll come pick it up in a week, keep it.. he says ok!
Let's go pick it up... she started looking, looking... (of course she hadn't even prepared it) we asked her what she can't find so we can see if we have a problem with it.. she didn't have the hero tablecloth or the plates. .and he told us to replace them with blue ones.. of course we refused.. the reason we were going to buy the set was these two which we couldn't find elsewhere... while he confirmed by phone and even ironically it is exactly like the photo... untrustworthy and unprofessional at all! We ran all the way there and then ran all the way to get from another store at the last minute what we could find, after we trusted her and reassured her and she fooled us!

Η κριτική αφορά αγορά μπαλονιών φουσκωμένων με ήλιο. Δεν έχω δοκιμάσει τις άλλες υπηρεσίες του καταστήματος.

Όντως έχουν μεγάλη ποικιλία, άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Οι τιμές τους είναι στα επίπεδα της αγοράς. Θα έβαζα 5 αστέρια αν δεν ήταν για τους παρακάτω δύο λόγους.

Μείον 1 αστέρι για τα ακριβά μεταφορικά (20 ευρώ για διαδρομή 15 λεπτών εντός Πειραιά, για παράδοση με ένα μικρό αυτοκίνητο πόλης).

Μείον 1 αστέρι για το ότι τα μπαλόνια με ήλιο δεν ήταν κλεισμένα καλά και σε 4 ημέρες άρχισαν να ξεφουσκώνουν. Αυτό είναι και το πιο σημαντικό κατά τη γνώμη μου. Επειδή έχω ξαναγοράσει μπαλόνια με ήλιο αρκετές φορές, συνήθως κρατάνε πολύ περισσότερο.

They sent 25 of them from Athens and it is normal that they did not arrive on time.

Unacceptable service! I was looking for them for at least 2 weeks, by phone, via Instagram, via mail... for balloons to prepare for my wedding day! After I managed to come to an agreement and we went and got the balloons, one of them burst on the way.. (we had of course been informed about the durability of sun-filled balloons in the heat and that they cannot withstand it..) if what popped was with air...
They replaced it for us and we had to go and get it again in Piraeus.. you see they have 20€ shipping from Piraeus to Agia Varvara.. I have to say, however, that the girl in the store is a very kind creature!

Very bad first impression. I bought a cake decoration pink fuchsia white Mini Balloons online. You had to assemble it yourself, no instructions. The sticks for it to stand on were two pink paper straws, one of them was damaged in the shipment, since the packaging had bubble paper but that's about it. All wrong and very sketchy, I was curious if they could put it together themselves, but I didn't have the time.
From shipping time it was on time and very fast service. I would give a second chance, but to something safe. And that's because of the good prices the store has.
