Παρηγγειλα καποιες λευκες διακοσμητικες μπαλες τουρτας για 09/05/2026. Η παραγγελια σταλθηκε απο το καταστημα 04/05. Τοποθετηθηκε στο λοκερ 09/05 το μεσημερι.
Εγω βεβαια δεν ηθελα να παραλαβω γιατι δεν προλαβαινα καν να τα παρω , το παρτυ δεν ηταν στον χωρο μου.
Θεωρησα οτι εφοσον εχω βαλει ημερομηνια παρτυ 09/05 , θα τα παραλα βω μεχρι 08/05 το αργοτερο. Αλλη παραγγελια , απο αλλο σιτε εγινε την ιδια μερα και ειχα παραλαβει μεχρι Τεταρτη..
Εστειλα εμαιλ και η απαντηση που πηρα ηταν οτι κατανοουμε την δυσαρεσκεια σας , μολις παραλαβουμε το δεμα θα ρποχωρησουμε σε επιστροφη χρηματων αφαιρωντας τα εξοδα αποστολης ΚΑΙ τα εξοδα επιστροφης..
Δηλαδη θα μου επεστρεφαν 2-2.5 ευρω 😂😂 🫪...
Επειδη δεν ηθελα να πεταξω ,κυριολεκτικα , τα λεφτα μου , πηγα και παρελαβα το δεμα.
Διαπιστωσα λοιπον οτι περα απο την τοση καθυστερηση , η μια μπαλα ειχε σπασει..
Εστειλα εμαιλ και φωτογραφια του σπασμενου προιοντος και δεν ελαβα καμια απαντηση..
Απλα ντροπη. Απαραδεκτο και αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορα..
Εννοειται οτι δεν θα το ξανα προτειμησω!

I ordered a framed greeting card from maison petite for my best friend's bachelor party and a set of ribbon and bride headband. Unfortunately, the greeting card arrived broken! I contacted the store and they served me immediately and sent me a new one very quickly in perfect condition! Thank you very much for the perfect service!! Πολύ ωραίο μαγαζί με τεράστια ποικιλία σε μπαλόνια για κάθε περίσταση! Έχουμε δωσει 2 ευκαιρίες στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα..
Η πρώτη ήταν τα μπαλόνια του γάμου, το d από το bride χωρίς καμία ταλαιπωρία έσκασε ενώ δεν το ακουμπούσε κανείς…πριν προλάβουμε καν να τα στολίσουμε…. Άσχημο!
Η δεύτερη εμπειρία τώρα..
Κάλεσα εγώ για να ρωτήσω για ένα θεματικό σετ για παιδικό πάρτυ (τραπεζομάντηλο, ποτηράκια, πιατάκια, προσκλήσεις, μάσκες πιρούνακια, κουταλάκια κλπ).. ενώ ρωτούσα για το συγκεκριμένο σετ διέκρινα μια ειρωνία αρχικά.. ρώτησα την υπεύθυνη αν το σετ που βλέπω είναι ακριβώς έτσι όπως στην φωτογραφία.. με τον συγκεκριμένο ήρωα.. γιατί δεν το έβρισκα αλλού.. μου λέει ε φυσικά! Όπως το βλέπετε είναι, τι θα ήταν διαφορετικό;;; Λέω οκ, θα έρθω να το παραλάβω από βδομάδα, κρατήστε το μου.. μου λέει εντάξει!
Πάμε να το παραλάβουμε… άρχισε να ψάχνει, να ψάχνει… (φυσικά δεν το είχε καν ετοιμάσει) την ρωτήσαμε τι είναι αυτό που δεν βρίσκει ώστε να δούμε αν έχουμε πρόβλημα με αυτό.. δεν είχε ούτε το τραπεζομάντηλο με τον ήρωα ούτε τα πιάτα.. κ είπε να μας τα αντικαταστήσει με γαλάζια.. φυσικά και αρνηθήκαμε.. ο λόγος που θα αγοράζαμε το σετ ήταν αυτά τα δύο τα οποία κ δεν μπορούσαμε να βρούμε αλλού… ενώ μας επιβεβαίωσε τηλεφωνικά και μάλιστα με ειρωνία ότι είναι ακριβώς έτσι όπως την φωτογραφία… ανάξια εμπιστοσύνης και καθόλου επαγγελματισμός! Τσάμπα τρέχαμε ως εκεί και τσάμπα τρέχαμε μετά να πάρουμε από άλλο κατάστημα τελευταία στιγμή ο,τι μπορούσαμε να βρούμε, αφού την εμπιστευτήκαμε κ καθησυχαστήκαμε και εκείνη μας κορόιδεψε!

Θα σταθώ κυρίως στην άμεση και πολύ γρήγορη εξυπηρέτηση που ήταν και αυτό που με ενδιέφερε κυρίως. Επίσης στην ευγένεια που με αντιμετώπισαν παρότι ήμουν αρκετά βιαστική στο τηλέφωνο. Μπράβο σας! Το προϊόν μια χαρά ότι είδα αυτό μου ήρθε.

Η κριτική αφορά αγορά μπαλονιών φουσκωμένων με ήλιο. Δεν έχω δοκιμάσει τις άλλες υπηρεσίες του καταστήματος.

Όντως έχουν μεγάλη ποικιλία, άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Οι τιμές τους είναι στα επίπεδα της αγοράς. Θα έβαζα 5 αστέρια αν δεν ήταν για τους παρακάτω δύο λόγους.

Μείον 1 αστέρι για τα ακριβά μεταφορικά (20 ευρώ για διαδρομή 15 λεπτών εντός Πειραιά, για παράδοση με ένα μικρό αυτοκίνητο πόλης).

Μείον 1 αστέρι για το ότι τα μπαλόνια με ήλιο δεν ήταν κλεισμένα καλά και σε 4 ημέρες άρχισαν να ξεφουσκώνουν. Αυτό είναι και το πιο σημαντικό κατά τη γνώμη μου. Επειδή έχω ξαναγοράσει μπαλόνια με ήλιο αρκετές φορές, συνήθως κρατάνε πολύ περισσότερο.

July 13th I place an order July 25th they send it (Balloons and candle to be exact)
I asked a lot for things to come by the 26th for my daughter's party.
They sent 25 of them from Athens and it is normal that they did not arrive on time.
I simply will not order again from this store that asks for a birthday and you don't do it on time.

In the orders, you can also write the date of the party, they did not inform me that it would not be delivered on time, the whole party was ruined 24 hours before, since the cake had been ordered with the same theme and when I asked to go and get it from the store they just told me they won't be there. Unacceptable service! I was looking for them for at least 2 weeks, by phone, via Instagram, via mail... for balloons to prepare for my wedding day! After I managed to come to an agreement and we went and got the balloons, one of them burst on the way.. (we had of course been informed about the durability of sun-filled balloons in the heat and that they cannot withstand it..) if what popped was with air...
They replaced it for us and we had to go and get it again in Piraeus.. you see they have 20€ shipping from Piraeus to Agia Varvara.. I have to say, however, that the girl in the store is a very kind creature!

Very bad first impression. I bought a cake decoration pink fuchsia white Mini Balloons online. You had to assemble it yourself, no instructions. The sticks for it to stand on were two pink paper straws, one of them was damaged in the shipment, since the packaging had bubble paper but that's about it. All wrong and very sketchy, I was curious if they could put it together themselves, but I didn't have the time.
From shipping time it was on time and very fast service. I would give a second chance, but to something safe. And that's because of the good prices the store has.
