I ordered a framed greeting card from maison petite for my best friend's bachelor party and a set of ribbon and bride headband. Unfortunately, the greeting card arrived broken! I contacted the store and they served me immediately and sent me a new one very quickly in perfect condition! Thank you very much for the perfect service!! Those who work in the call center and those who manage the mail are very kind!! I wish you all a happy holiday!!

Balloons Chalkida

The most organized and complete eShop for party supplies, a real gem in Piraeus! I have made several orders from this particular eShop and every time the experience is impeccable from start to finish. The variety of party supplies is truly impressive, you can find everything, for birthdays, theme parties, children's parties, baby showers, weddings and of course balloons in incredible designs and colors. The site is easy to use, fast and organized, the photos correspond 100% to reality and ordering is very easy. The shipment is prompt, the packaging is careful and the products always arrive in excellent condition. In addition, what makes the difference is that behind the eShop there is a real professional with a physical store in Piraeus, who knows the area and can guide you properly, even if you want decoration for your event. We are not just talking about an eShop, but about a complete service experience.

Excellent everything!

Dimitris Tsirikos

Giannis Psaridis

July 13th I place an order July 25th they send it (Balloons and candle to be exact) I asked a lot for things to come by the 26th for my daughter's party. They sent 25 of them from Athens and it is normal that they did not arrive on time. I simply will not order again from this store that asks for a birthday and you don't do it on time.

In the orders, you can also write the date of the party, they did not inform me that it would not be delivered on time, the whole party was ruined 24 hours before, since the cake had been ordered with the same theme and when I asked to go and get it from the store they just told me they won't be there. Thank you for ruining our birthday.

Unacceptable service! I was looking for them for at least 2 weeks, by phone, via Instagram, via mail... for balloons to prepare for my wedding day! After I managed to come to an agreement and we went and got the balloons, one of them burst on the way.. (we had of course been informed about the durability of sun-filled balloons in the heat and that they cannot withstand it..) if what popped was with air... They replaced it for us and we had to go and get it again in Piraeus.. you see they have 20€ shipping from Piraeus to Agia Varvara.. I have to say, however, that the girl in the store is a very kind creature!

Very bad first impression. I bought a cake decoration pink fuchsia white Mini Balloons online. You had to assemble it yourself, no instructions. The sticks for it to stand on were two pink paper straws, one of them was damaged in the shipment, since the packaging had bubble paper but that's about it. All wrong and very sketchy, I was curious if they could put it together themselves, but I didn't have the time. From shipping time it was on time and very fast service. I would give a second chance, but to something safe. And that's because of the good prices the store has.
