Very nice shop with a huge variety of balloons for every occasion! I went for a party and they helped me find exactly what I needed from colors and designs to combinations I hadn't even thought of. The staff was kind, helpful and very willing to help. The balloons were of excellent quality and stayed inflated for many days.

Very happy with the service! We ordered a helium balloon ready and inflated, which they brought to our home. The girl at the store also suggested a great idea to make the surprise even more special! We have given 2 opportunities to this store..
The first was the wedding balloons, the d from the bride effortlessly popped while nobody touched it…before we could even decorate them…. Ugly!
The second experience now..
I called to ask about a themed set for a children's party (tablecloth, glasses, plates, invitations, masks, forks, spoons etc). exactly like in the photo.. with the specific hero.. because I couldn't find it anywhere else.. he tells me of course! As you see it is, what would be different??? I say ok, I'll come pick it up in a week, keep it.. he says ok!
Let's go pick it up... she started looking, looking... (of course she hadn't even prepared it) we asked her what she can't find so we can see if we have a problem with it.. she didn't have the hero tablecloth or the plates. .and he told us to replace them with blue ones.. of course we refused.. the reason we were going to buy the set was these two which we couldn't find elsewhere... while he confirmed by phone and even ironically it is exactly like the photo... untrustworthy and unprofessional at all! We ran all the way there and then ran all the way to get from another store at the last minute what we could find, after we trusted her and reassured her and she fooled us!

The review is about a purchase of helium balloons. I have not tried the other services of the store.

Indeed, they have a wide variety, prompt service and very friendly staff. Their prices are at market levels. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the following two reasons.

Minus 1 star for the expensive transportation (20 euros for a 15-minute journey within Piraeus, for delivery with a small city car).

Minus 1 star because the helium balloons were not sealed properly and in 4 days they started to deflate. This is the most important thing in my opinion. Since I have repurchased helium balloons several times, they usually last much longer.

July 13th I place an order July 25th they send it (Balloons and candle to be exact)
I asked a lot for things to come by the 26th for my daughter's party.
They sent 25 of them from Athens and it is normal that they did not arrive on time.
I simply will not order again from this store that asks for a birthday and you don't do it on time.

In the orders, you can also write the date of the party, they did not inform me that it would not be delivered on time, the whole party was ruined 24 hours before, since the cake had been ordered with the same theme and when I asked to go and get it from the store they just told me they won't be there. Unacceptable service! I was looking for them for at least 2 weeks, by phone, via Instagram, via mail... for balloons to prepare for my wedding day! After I managed to come to an agreement and we went and got the balloons, one of them burst on the way.. (we had of course been informed about the durability of sun-filled balloons in the heat and that they cannot withstand it..) if what popped was with air...
They replaced it for us and we had to go and get it again in Piraeus.. you see they have 20€ shipping from Piraeus to Agia Varvara.. I have to say, however, that the girl in the store is a very kind creature!

Very bad first impression. I bought a cake decoration pink fuchsia white Mini Balloons online. You had to assemble it yourself, no instructions. The sticks for it to stand on were two pink paper straws, one of them was damaged in the shipment, since the packaging had bubble paper but that's about it. All wrong and very sketchy, I was curious if they could put it together themselves, but I didn't have the time.
From shipping time it was on time and very fast service. I would give a second chance, but to something safe. And that's because of the good prices the store has.
